Хочу оставить отзыв о клинике Laviva, потому что мой опыт оказался действительно потрясающим. Я безумно боюсь стоматологов. Для меня каждый визит к зубному всегда был большим стрессом 🥲 Но в Laviva с самого первого дня и до самого окончания лечения ко мне относились очень внимательно, спокойно и по-доброму. Благодаря этому страх постепенно ушёл. Особенно хочу поблагодарить доктора Wahid. Он сделал всё возможное, чтобы лечение проходило максимально комфортно. За всё время я ни разу не почувствовал боли, хотя объём работы был очень большой. Честно говоря, для меня это до сих пор кажется чудом 😁 Год назад я установил здесь импланты, а теперь вернулся для установки коронок. Всё прошло именно так, как мне обещали. На каждом этапе мне всё объясняли, отвечали на вопросы и поддерживали. Самое главное - здесь я действительно чувствовал себя не пациентом, а человеком, о котором заботятся. Вся команда была очень дружелюбной Спасибо всем сотрудникам Laviva за вашу работу, терпение и отношение к людям. Благодаря вам я снова могу улыбаться без стеснения. От всей души рекомендую эту клинику 🙏🙏🙏

My experience with Laviva Clinic has…
My experience with Laviva Clinic has been catastrophic and I am currently preparing legal action together with other affected international patients. After undergoing extensive zirconium dental treatment in Turkey, I am now suffering from: - documented infection and abscess on tooth 37, - severe bite/occlusion dysfunction, - gum recession and damage affecting anterior teeth, - functional and aesthetic complications confirmed by Spanish dental specialists, - and the need for corrective treatments. I travelled twice to Turkey attempting to resolve these complications, but the problems were not properly corrected. What I find extremely concerning is the lack of transparency throughout the entire process. Despite repeated requests, the clinic failed to properly provide: - complete clinical records, - the identities and full names of all treating doctors, - implant/material certificates, - and proper fiscal invoices with complete tax information. I was treated by multiple professionals, yet I still do not have full identification of everyone involved in my treatment. The documentation I received appears incomplete and inconsistent. Some medical records reference a licensed entity under: - “Özel Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği Ruhsatnamesi” - License No: 1015 - Istanbul Health Directorate which raises serious questions regarding the actual licensed medical entity operating behind the commercial brand “Laviva Clinic”. I currently possess: - medical reports, - X-rays, - prescriptions, - photographs, - payment records, - conversations, - warranty documentation, - and evidence currently being prepared for forensic dental expert evaluation in Spain. There are also additional affected patients organising legal action regarding similar complications linked to this clinic. My recommendation to any international patient: - demand complete medical documentation, - request full identification of all treating professionals, - request official fiscal invoices, - and obtain independent medical opinions before accepting extensive irreversible dental work abroad. This review reflects my personal experience and the documentation currently in my possession.
