Usually do not give 5 stars but exactly was what I needed. Basically it allows me to grab all my no value contacts and remove them and download all linkedin users with emails lets go. Big vALUE proposition many of us have millions in our linkedin network but we never reach out!

When I wanted to delete contacts from Leaddelta... it deleted contacts in Linkedin!!!! There are bugs that makes errors in names. If you scan and add a lead it is registered as connected You can not make a bolean field like yes/no You cannot change a field, only add or not show If you want to use it for suspecting.. you need a business account which costs 70 $ per month I decided to delete all my contacts and than only use it for suspecting.. also not possible. They delete max 40 contacts per day.. no idea why I cannot advice this tool!

Hi Arnoud, Thank you for taking the time to write this, and for the two calls with our team. Your feedback matters to us, so let me address each point. Deleting contacts: Removing a connection in LeadDelta also removes it on LinkedIn — the two stay in sync by design. But you're right that this should be impossible to miss before you click, so we're making that warning much clearer. The 40–50/day removal limit: This is intentional, not a bug. LinkedIn restricts accounts that perform bulk actions too quickly, and this safety measure exists to protect your account from being flagged. We should explain this better inside the product, and we will. Yes/no (boolean) fields: You're completely right on this one. It's been on our roadmap for too long, and your review just moved it up. Editing default fields: Default fields stay locked so your LinkedIn data syncs reliably, but Custom Fields let you track anything you'd like alongside them. Name errors: This is the first report of this we've received, and we've committed to fixing it for you. If you can share a few examples with our team, we'll resolve it faster. We clearly have work to do on making some of these behaviors more transparent upfront. Lead Delta is the Best!!

I was using the Lead Delta 7-day trial and developed questions. Their representative was helpful. All my questions were answered in chat and email. Lead Delta also has extensive information about their service in their website’s help section. I chose the pro subscription because I am new to LinkedIn and networking. My school assigned career specialist was impressed with Lead Delta’s capabilities and intends to inform other students about this helpful service. During my 7-day trial, I found the interface intuitive. Managing my LinkedIn contacts has become as simple as managing bookmarks with Bookmark Ninja. Everything is laid out in an open space for a clear view. Specific contact information opens on the right vertically. Space is efficiently utilized. And the optional LinkedIn sidebar feature is impressive. As a recent graduate seeking employment, I can’t afford to take risks with financial decisions. With a supportive environment, clearly detailed help information on their website, and friendly customer service, I felt confident that Lead Delta would effectively support my LinkedIn networking needs. # Updated Review **I signed up for LeadDelta because I heard they were the best CRM for business professionals using LinkedIn** I signed up for LeadDelta because I heard they were the best CRM for business professionals using LinkedIn. I spent hours getting it set up and configured. I wanted to update my CRM contacts with the contact information from my Google account, so I used their CSV import feature. However, this permanently corrupted my dashboard - it showed 966 total connections when I only had 237 actual LinkedIn connections. This made the LinkedIn management tool completely unusable for professional networking, as I couldn't distinguish between real LinkedIn connections and imported contacts. I immediately contacted support on May 23rd. Igor confirmed "We don't have ability to undo this action and I'm afraid it will not be possible." I spent hours following their troubleshooting suggestions (hiding contacts), but this didn't fix the dashboard accuracy. The founder Ved later confirmed on May 27th that this behavior is intentional: "So it's not really a bug it's more a feature." After 5+ days of working with their support team and receiving confirmation that the issue cannot be resolved, I requested a refund on May 28th since the tool was unusable for its advertised LinkedIn management purpose. The service simply cannot perform its core function when the dashboard shows a 309% data inflation rate. **UPDATE:** Ved's reply contains several inaccuracies. The documented conversation shows: - No "override" option was mentioned during our support exchange - No engineer removal offer was made until after I'd already requested cancellation - No call was offered during our May 23-28 correspondence - No helpful article was shared about resolving the import issue The timeline is clear: I worked through their support channels for nearly a week, only requesting a refund after they confirmed the dashboard corruption was permanent and intentional. When a professional tool becomes completely unusable for its advertised purpose due to undisclosed limitations, requesting a refund is reasonable consumer protection. I have complete email documentation of our exchanges that contradicts several claims in their response. The core issue remains: their CSV import feature permanently corrupts LinkedIn data accuracy, and they've confirmed this cannot be fixed. **Date of experience:** May 21, 2025

The other way to look at the case is the following: #1 You missed clicking the option to “override” existing contacts. Which is totally fine... #2 I offered to have my engineer remove your duplicates within 24 hours. #3 I offered to join a call and help you re-upload the contacts correctly. #4 I shared an article if you did not want to get on a call. I sent a follow-up email that has not been read. My team and I are here to serve you. However, going around and leaving bad reviews or contesting charges is not fair. We have a 7-day free trial, we do not ask for credit cards, we can extend trials and are happy to help each and every client. Using an actual human, not AI.
