These are absolutely impossible to deal with I ordered on their website then they sent a list of documents to provide, mind you this is for hosting, kyc like at a bank, i still sent them, and they still declined No reason, just like that

I have never thought like to get…
I have never thought like to get invoice for my ticket would not be done or get enough information "like we no longer provide the invoice you have requested with us, for raw domain". However I am proud how Belinda have helped us but she can't decide everything because she's just a seller.

Best response time in addressing and fixing problems.
Over the years, each time a technical issue took place, the Leaseweb tech support teams have impressed me by the speed with which they responded and thoroughly addressed the problem. This trait is particularly appreciated by this non-techie retired lawyer maintaining half a dozen web sites.

Excellent service and infrastructure. I have been using Leaseweb for server hosting, and the overall experience has been top-notch. Their uptime is exceptionally solid, network connectivity is fast, and the price-to-performance ratio for dedicated servers and cloud solutions is outstanding. On top of that, their support team is professional and quick to respond whenever technical assistance is needed. Highly recommended for any business or developer looking for a reliable infrastructure provider.

I was excited about use Leaseweb. Unfortunately
[LSW #50774] Your Leaseweb Order [10184965][44074717] I was excited about using Leaseweb VPS solution. My research shows that their value delivery is very promising. Unfortunately hey rejected my kyc without any explanation, after providing all the needed documents. I don't know if its because I'm a Nigerian Startup. They didn't specify or clarify on what I lacked or needed to do to meet up thier kyc standard. That was very frustrating as I already built a business model around thier infrastructure only to be disappointed at the point of implementation.
