Handcrafted excellence
Over many years, I have been impressed with the Leather Satchel Company and with Keith’s excellent craftsmanship. The items that he makes are beautiful. I have bought a number of his colourful leather luggage tags – both for myself and as presents for friends. They look great on my suitcases and I can pick out my cases right away when they arrive on airport luggage belts. The fact that everything is handcrafted is so unusual nowadays – and something to be supported. There should be more companies like Keith’s. Keith even offered to make items from leather offcuts of discontinued colours for me. I recommend the Leather Satchel Company and Keith’s work without reservation.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I had a bespoke satchel made and Keith guided me from start to finish. The quality is excellent and I'm delighted with my bag.

21st birthday gift
We ordered a music case to be made for our grandson’s 21st birthday as he is a music student living in Australia. The finished item has arrived there and is absolutely beautiful. This is a wonderful company to work with. Keith was meticulous in getting every possible detail correct for making the case and so helpful in taking charge of dealing with the delivery to WA. It has been a great pleasure to deal with the Leather Satchel Company and I would highly recommend them for the superb quality of their workmanship and for their brilliant customer relations!

Not just a satchel, but a thing of beauty...
I wish I could give the Leather Satchel Co. more than five stars. I have never experienced such incredible, personal, customer service. The care and attention that went into the consultation process alone, to ensure I was getting exactly the right kind of satchel, with the correct specifications for my needs, was just unbelievable. The satchel itself is of very high quality. You can see the love and attention to detail that went into the making of it and I am grateful I listened to all the advice in terms of the recommended add- ons and changes, as I now own this beautiful hand made satchel, that will hopefully serve me for the rest of my guiding- career, no matter what the Scottish weather will hold in store for me.
