Warranty period starts (and may terminate) before you buy the miners
I bought several Scrypt miners from them. The delivery was super slow. But the worst is that one of the miners (Antminer L9) after just a month of use started switching off and sometimes wouldn't turn on on the first try. I contacted Leedminer, sent the the log file, their advice was "re-plug the cable and try again". Over time the miner worked worse and worse, sometimes I would need 10-15 attempts to start it, until one day it just stopped working and wouldn't turn on at all. I contacted Leedminer again, but they said that "the warranty for this miner is 1 year. However, 1 year counts from the date it was manufactured, not from the date I bought it from them". Since it was manufactured more than a year ago, they just told me that now that is my problem and they can't help me. They also claimed that they warned me when I was buying the miners to check the date they were manufactured and see how much warranty is left using the serial number (a lie, they never said anything about the fact that the warranty period had started before I bought the miners, and they also provided serial numbers only after the miners were shipped). So, to summarize: 1. The miners they sell might have no warranty at all - if they had bought them long time ago and they were on their shelf for a long time. 2. When the miner worked, but the issue appeared and there was still time to locate the problem and fix it - they suggested to just "re-plug the cable". 3. At the end they also gaslighted me, claiming that they warned me about the warranty, which they never did. Overall, i wouldn't recommend buying there and instead pick some other companies.

Great service, good price
Great service. Purchased an Antminer L9 through a rep named Dora. I was able to give a 50% deposit to secure a price, and sent the remainder later that week. Shipping was surprisingly quick. No issues whatsoever.

Great experience. It's always a bit wracking buying from a new supplier online. The reviews were good for Leedminer, they had videos of themselves on YouTube showing the various miners they sell. So I decided to give them a go. The communication from Alex in their sales team was fantastic. She answered every question I had and stayed in constant communication with me. The factory delayed shipments of the miner, but the price remind the same, even with subsequent prices rises due to the miners popularity. Once the miner was ready it was shipped via DHL, customs cleared before landing, and on its way for delivery once gst had been paid. I would thoroughly recommend buying from Leedminer. They had some of the sharpest rates I could find while still dealing with a reputable company. I would definitely buy from them again. 5 stars for Leedminer, and 5 stars + for Alex.
