Makes false promises and have been let down from the start
If you want to have months of your time wasted, patronised by a sub par progression time and to be gaslighted and have your trust abused then Leep talent is perfect for you! Currently in the middle of a complaint as I was led to believe that after completing a 2 month course I’d be strongly eligible for a level 4 apprenticeship. Completed the course had no further contact from the apprenticeship team and the progressions team couldn’t be bothered to even reach out to me to discuss career plans or anything which forced me to raise a complaint to only be told by the complaint team that everything that I was told previously was incorrect and I need to do a level 3 which I was eligible when I first contacted them 8 months ago. If you want to have your time wasted by amateurs pretending to be industry experts just to lie to you then this company is perfect for you!

Amazing Experience
I would highly recommend using Leep Talent. I have had such a positive experience throughout and have felt supported from start to finish. A special mention to my coach, June, who has been absolutely amazing throughout my apprenticeship. She has always been incredibly supportive, approachable and encouraging, and was always there whenever I needed advice, reassurance or guidance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering completing their CIPD qualification through an apprenticeship.
