Hands down Punyaja is the best legal counsel in the UAE for expats
I cannot thank Punyaja enough for how smoothly she handled my Wills and Power of Attorney. She was recommended to me by my colleague who was singing her praises, and I now understand why. I have worked with lawyers in the UK, and let me tell you this—not only did Punyaja provide us with a document that’s legally sound, but she actually understood what we wanted. My wife was sure that it would be a standard template used for everyone, but that was not the case. Sorting out estate planning with young kids and elderly parents felt completely overwhelming, but she made the entire process so simple and reassuring. Punyaja started the process by asking us for documents, then provided us with various scenarios as to how we could distribute the assets. Afterwards, she explained the consequences of each and every scenario, which made us realize that we were not as planned as we thought we were. She walked us step-by-step through setting up guardianship for our children, thoughtfully suggested specific clauses to make sure my parents are protected down the line, and safeguarded my company operations exactly the way I wanted. We had 3 consultation calls with her that went on for more than an hour each, yet she was patient with me about it. During this process, I realized she has this wonderful ability to bring up critical details I wouldn't have even thought to ask for. She explained complex UAE legal steps, including the probate process, in plain English, and her attention to detail is top-notch. Beyond her expertise, she is genuinely kind, patient, and cares about getting things right for your family. If you need estate planning in the UAE, do yourself a favor and work with her!

I had a very positive experience with Legal Inz, particularly with Punyaja, who assisted me throughout the preparation and review of my UAE Will. Punyaja was professional, responsive and patient in addressing my questions and incorporating the changes I requested. I particularly appreciated her attention to ensuring that my intentions were clearly reflected in the Will and that the English and Arabic versions were aligned. Communication was clear throughout the process, and revisions were handled promptly. Paid for legal advice, got 10 minutes and then silence
I engaged LegalInz for legal advice and paid just under 1,000 AED (they offered a discount). Getting an actual appointment took a long chain of back-and-forth emails. The consultation itself lasted about 10–15 minutes over video call. The lawyer told me to file a complaint with a specific government department. When I contacted that department, they informed me they don't handle this type of matter at all — so the core advice I paid for was simply wrong. I went back to LegalInz to raise this. They stopped replying entirely. I have now sent more than 10 follow-up emails with no response. In my experience: a short call, inaccurate advice, and zero accountability once the money is paid. I would not recommend them and would advise anyone with a real legal issue to look elsewhere.
