Ordered a pair of these really nice…
Ordered a pair of these really nice looking jeans last year. Waited weeks and weeks and never received anything. Customer service never reached out to me. I never ended up getting my jeans. I was really disappointed. I thought this whole thing was a scam so I then changed my email address and information.

A mistake, corrected.
I had placed an order for two trousers that had not arrived. Many weeks had passed. I emailed Legend London for customer support and Lei responded. She was friendly and very professional. She learned about where the delivery went wrong and quickly set her sights to getting me my package. Lei was exactly what I needed. Mistakes happen in life, but what matters more, is how people respond to those mistakes. Well done.

Made a purchase couple of times and …
Made a purchase couple of times and on the last one the item was marked as delivered but I never got it. Contacted their support and they handle my issue really fast and in the best way! I would like to thank to Waqar for his help. Would definitely buy there again.

Great quality and excellent customer service
I’ve placed a few orders with Legend London now and I’ve been genuinely impressed with both the quality and comfort of their clothing. The trousers in particular fit really well, feel great and the quality is excellent. I also had a very positive experience with their customer service. I contacted them regarding a promotional offer that I received shortly after placing my latest order, and Chioma was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She took the time to understand the situation and they kindly offered me a credit on my order. It’s really refreshing to deal with a company that communicates so well and genuinely seems to care about its customers. Great products, great service, and a very positive experience overall. I’ll definitely be ordering from Legend London again!
