They said 48 hours on the website
They said 48 hours on the website. They immediately rescheduled. Took 3 days. Then they said they were checking the inspection and would have the report in 24 hours. 3 days later I finally received it. The truck sold. Shady practices. Inconsiderate and unprofessional

What made my experience great was quick turnaround. The same day I paid for an pre purchase inspection. Is the same day it was done. So for me no wasted time. I live in Virginia and the vehicle was located in Texas. About 1400 miles away. Just like with anything, you are dealing with people and hoping they do a complete and thorough inspection. I believe my person did a great job. Could I have used some more information or better pictures on some things? Yes!!! I also understand what this is (manage expectations). Overall I have recommended Lemon Squad to others and to my bank about using the service.

Found a car online that was too good to…
Found a car online that was too good to be true, so I ordered a pre-purchase inspection. The inspector took dozens of pictures with very thorough notes, code reader attached to the car, and took it for a test drive. The inspection was so thorough, the inspector even measured the water content in the brake fluid. I will never not get a pre-purchase inspection before buying a car again. Thank you for doing a wonderful job.

3200 mile Roadtrip to Alaska
We live in Alaska where vehicles get beat up in the back country, we wanted to purchase a Vehicle in Idaho and drive it 3200 miles back home through Canada for the adventure, what a scary thought to buy something and have it die in the middle of newhere, i found Lemon Squad through Chat GPT and was skeptical but very happy with them as they sent someone there to Rigby, Idaho and did a very thorough inspection with tons of pics and it was exactly as they said it was, we drove to Alaska in 5 days and was the best road trip we have ever done, will definitly use them again!
