I wrote a review about a year ago when I first received a loan from Lendumo. I was very excited, happy and thankful I received a loan and It was direct deposited within 24 hours. The next few loans I received from lendumo were price gouging, CRAZY RIDICULOUS OUTRAGES INTEREST RATE 300% .. ABSOLUTELY CRAZY EVERYTHING. My solution was I just decided not to ever use them again no matter what I need funds for going forth. Know your worth and when your being cheated, lied and laughed at right to your face. I would like to apologize to anyone that decided to get a loan because of my first review a year ago. I really thought this company was legit, however it's anything but that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOAN SHARK SCAM COMPANY. Please go elsewhere for better rates, customer service and help. Good Luck 👍

Same-Day Funding Suddenly Changed Without Warning
I called and spoke with an agent, as I have done with my previous loans, expecting same-day funding. My four previous loans were all transferred into my account the same day. For some reason, my fifth loan... initiated Friday around 11:00 AM... was not available in my account until Monday. After numerous calls to customer service, I was finally informed that my four previous loans had been sent using “real-time” funding, while this fifth loan was sent via ACH, which meant the funds would not be available until Monday. I specifically asked the agent why my fifth loan was funded using a completely different—and significantly slower—method than my previous four loans. She had no explanation. Because I was expecting the same funding process I had experienced four times before, this delay resulted in multiple overdraft charges from my bank. My biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency. If a loan is going to be funded via ACH rather than real-time funding, customers should be clearly informed upfront before accepting the loan, especially when that change can result in a multi-day delay. After four consistent same-day transactions, there was no reasonable reason for me to expect the fifth loan would suddenly be handled differently without any notice. This experience was extremely frustrating and costly and I will not be borrowing from this company again.
