Good workout, the app way below the standard it should have.
Love the workout however the app is not up to the standard that you've expect at all and is quite disappointing. You can download classes but you can't play them in your offline, but also if you have mobile datait will use that anyways even though the class is downloaded.. but if you turn off the mobile data and don't have wifi you can't "log in", even if you log in, turn off the mobile data you'll get logged out so it doesn't make a difference if you down loade a class or not.. also the filter system it totally useless, there's no way to filter on "no equipment".. which sucks when you're traveling or want to do a workout at home. You can select the equipment that you have/want to use and it will show you ALL classes that inklude that equipment even though the class also includes equipment that you didn't select.

The gym itself is excellent (Auckland city unit), but the main reason I signed up was because of the women-only area. Unfortunately, it doesn't truly feel like a women-only space, as male staff regularly enter to clean or close the area, even though there are female employees who could perform those duties. Male personal trainers also have access to the space. This makes the women-only concept feel inconsistent, since men are still allowed to enter. I believe the purpose of having a women-only area is to provide women with a space where they can feel completely comfortable and have their privacy respected.

Underwhelming app, awful customer support. Plus they make it impossible to try cancel so if you’re going to spend here, be very very careful and sure this is what you want

Impossible de s'inscrire ou se réinscrire depuis des mois. Aucun ami n'y arrive.L'appli bloque sur tous les appareils. Le service client est agréable mais absolument inutile. Frustration pour nous et perte d'argent pour les mills.
