Buy a scooter, it's cheaper than how they double charge
Bad experience. They double charge and when you dispute the double charge, they won't fix it. Instead they try to get you to buy a monthly subscription!! Horrible customer service. It's a lame AI bot that sends responses weeks later. Just buy a scooter. It's cheaper and much more convenient.

Ho noleggiato una bicicletta Lime con app UBER, un incubo, arrivato a destinazione non potevo finire la corsa, la zona non lo consentiva, sono dovuto tornare indietro, ho speso 42 euro e sono stato un’ora sotto il sole pedalando una bicicletta d un quintale inutile il mio disappunto, impiegherò tutte le mie energie per boicottare UBER e il noleggio delle biciclette sola

Wouldn't unlock even though I had money
Charged me 3x the cost of Flamingo on my first ride, wasn't impressed. Paid that ride off to unlock another scooter, only for the app to tell me I didn't have enough money in my account when I had more than enough to unlock a scooter. Tried multiple times on different scooters with the same result, took me an extra hour to get home because Lime has monopolised Wellington and made it impossible to find a reasonably priced Flamingo scooter and all that was available was Lime scooters that wouldn't unlock for me. Paid off that initial ride for no reason apparently which has depleted the majority of my funds for getting to and from work for the next week.

Lime bikes are constantly dumped and block pavements
Lime bikes are constantly dumped across pavements and obstructing paths in London. It's also shocking that this company take no accountability when riders hit pedestrians and then say they cannot trace the hit-and-run riders. Search online for 'Lime bike accidents' for more info.
