Purchased the 7 cup glass pitcher that removes lead, PFAS, microplastics, bacteria & parasites from the water. I’ve always used Brita and Clearly Filtered filtration pitchers in the past and I felt Lifestraw after some research did some advanced filtering in comparison. The biggest downfall is the pitcher and receiver itself, the filter seems fine. But you can only fill maybe 2-3 cups up at a time, and then it takes a half hour or even more to filter that water. We were always waiting to drink water, not very practical. Returning it, maybe their next product will have improvements.

The filter is good and very handy. But for a company that prides itself for being ecological, it makes no sense. Chances are that by the time you need to replace your filters, they don't exist anymore. That's my case. After spending a staggering 60$ in a bottle, now I can't use it anymore. Filter is gone, and replacements are non-existent. I would strongly advise against investing in anything from this company.

I don't have a problem with the filters themselves, they worked really well but one day they've just stopped supplying the carbon filters to the UK and it's impossible to buy a replacement set. Moreover when I asked customer services about this they completely avoided my question and kept telling me to go to various providers who also didn't stock the filters. So now I have two filters that I can't use.

Ordered a community filter, a large unit and high 500 USD price. It worked fine last summer producing water that looked good and tasted fine. The product was taken apart and emptied of water for the winter period. Now opening up again the unit leaks heavily. The inside filter that is not easy to access has cracked due to below freezing temperatures. The manuals and instructions does NOT mention any warnings about storing at below zero temperatures and the tricky part of taking out the filter and disassembling the unit. The company suggests ordering a new full priced filter at 100 USD. No Goodwill or discounts. This is a lack of proper instructions! DON'T USE YOUR FILTERS BELOW ZERO!

All of the poor reviews are accurate. It does take hours to fill the pitcher. The instructions are very poor. They do not respond to emails at all. Very poor company. Stay away and look for another option

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
