Company refuses to replace broken item
I ordered a bathroom light and when the electrician came to fit it, it was found to be damaged and not fit for purpose. By this time it was after 30 days since I had ordered the item, so under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I have the right to a repair or replacement. Cheryl from LightBulbs Direct have refused to obey the law, and insist that since it was past 30 days they are not liable for the goods they sell. This is not the law, and I am left to carry the cost.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I ordered replacement bulbs for my outdoor lights. Company stated width between pins which I checked carefully, they did NOT state length so I thought all were the same. Order arrived today, totally inadequate packaging which postman forced through letterbox meaning they fell to floor so probably won't work anyway. I will never use this company again and advise others to shop elsewhere. TOTALLY USELESS I won't pay postage to return so I've lost £11 AVOID

Fast delivery, great price, exactly what I needed
I ordered a set of Crompton E14 dimmable candle bulbs from Lightbulbs Direct and the whole experience was smooth and reliable from start to finish. The bulbs were a good price, the discount code worked without any issues, and delivery was right on time. Everything arrived well‑packaged and in perfect condition. The bulbs themselves are great quality, clear filament, warm white, exactly as described, and ideal for our new lights.

Crompton LED 13w (100w equiv) B22 bulb
Needed some ordinary bayonet fitting, 100w equivalent LED bulbs. Thought I'd try my local Screwfix and Toolstation but, unbelievably, neither had what I wanted!?!? Looked online and saw 'Lightbulbs Direct', their website was easy to use and they had exactly what I wanted, I even spotted some things I might need in the near future so a good find, Also, the bulbs were delivered on time, well packed and all in perfect working order. Thank you to LightBulbs Direct!

I bought the garden posts light cost me…
I bought the garden posts light cost me £4260 and I paid for extra £13.60 for the delivery between 2 to 4 days I haven't received my order in time, no phone call no email, no information about the delivery and Im willing refuse the delivery and get the refund they are useless
