The tool is powerful but the cheap price is just bait. The 7 day trial was amazing because it turns out the usage was unlimited. After that, the paying kicked in. There is a supposed monthly rate but actually this is only for a number of credits which get used up for any action. I managed to kill my months credits (3000) in one day! On the website it says most customers don't use the monthly limit. They must have it switched off. There is nobody to talk to (of course - this is AI!). Extra 1000 credits $10, what's that for - another hour of productivity? I look forward to this being developed further and competition will bring prices down.

Honest Review When Lindy works, it works! I had truly high hopes when starting out. Problem is getting it to work... and keeping it working. The other problem is the pricing structure penalizing users with higher cost tokens for using more of the service forcing you to NOT want to use more of the service to not pay the penalty cost. It's pretty asinine of a pricing structure. I did the trial first, then I went right for the 35,000 credit plan when I saw a decent potential and know my business would need a heavy workload based on the credit usage rate during the trial. (I SUSPECT they lower this credit usage rate for the trial and to start out on a plan... then it jacks up to a higher usage rate... But I DO NOT have proof of that... only suspicion based on my own experiences with it.... This could be COMPLETELY false.. It just seems that way so far) First billing cycle averaged about 600-1000 credits per day putting it through the ringer getting it all set up to do what I need it to do. The next billing cycle WITH LESS INTENSIVE USE AND THE SAME WORK..... 1000-4000 average credits per day (And sometimes more!) mostly blown on correcting Lindy's deviations from the structured plans just to get her to be able to do the work again. Customer service is pretty useless and dismissive. (And mostly just another Lindy, you can tell by the responses.... lol) I did get a live one... Wasn't helpful AT ALL and pretty much just ghosted. She offered me 50,000 credits per month at $500 per month. I told her how asinine of a pricing model it was to penalize users for using more (Credits cost 2x if you opt to use the overage). I told her I already pay $200 per month for 35,000 credits and could simply start another Lindy account for the same price and have 70,000 credits per month @$400 per month or $320 per month annually billed!.... She took off from the email chain after that and handed me back over to an AI Lindy. Lindy would frequently be doing everything according to plan for a decent while.... and then COMPLETELY throw the plan out the window the next moment like there was never a plan in place. She'll blame you though... or anything but herself. Until you prove to her it was her fault burning through a bajillion credits to sort it all out. Then she'll say "My Bad" and promise it will never happen again.... It will... Many times, instantly after you've resolved it all completely. She'll just revert and go right back to doing it the way she just said would never happen again. I would accept this flaw and give it more of a chance to mature in technology and capability if the pricing structure wasn't vampiric... But I can't justify 1000-4000 or more credits per day at what they charge to keep having to train Lindy all over again many times over. In conclusion..... It DOES have potential.... It's just not there yet. I'm going to shop around for a better AI model and pricing structure for my company's needs. UPDATE: The live person reached back out, offered apologies. They are accepted. It is what it is. I am currently running her suggested AI model and it seems to have resolved the credit burning issues so far. I wish they had sent a clear message their switching the "Default" model to Sonnet was going to guzzle credits. I simply always left the model selection on "Auto" previously and had no similar issues. I'm going to run simultaneous similar AI models from other companies and see which is the most efficient and thorough. I will continue to give Lindy a chance for now as long as the cost/benefit ratio makes sense and see how it plays out. Just got a message I used 80% of my overage credits..... $600+ worth at their penalty cost for overages... IN 9 DAYS!!!?!!! My bill for this month is going to be $900+ on the $200/month plan!!!! This is after they sent an email in July saying we would notice a 4x decrease in the use of credits on average. I've seen a 4X INCREASE!.... and I have it set to the most frugal AI model they have! I'm done.... This is stupid... The vast majority of these credits were blown simply correcting and retraining Lindy for things it was already doing fine, then broke for whatever reason it breaks. If I get assistance with this, I'll update the review again. Update: they tossed me some bonus credits and promised to look into the credit inferno to see if there may be an issue,

Lindy is a rip off. You pay for it to make letters, send emails and to perform some basic secretarial issues. The problem was that Lindy frequently hallucinates and gives you products that are not in the format you requested so you pay to have the searches done over. The staff simply tells you that Lindy is incapable of performing certain tasks but does so. The support team promises you they will reimburse or give more credit to make up for the time but they do not. Then when you are down to 20% of time left, they block your chat history so you cannot obtain work paid for, and stored right there unless you give them more money. This is a rip off. Lindy does not function the way you asked to. The biggest problem was with halucinations and constantly getting work I did not ask for. It thinks unilaterally at times and you have to beg it to do what you do. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wasted half my time on it being lost in space. A RIP OFF!!!!!

No working cancel option — kept getting charged I tried to cancel my Lindy.AI subscription and there was no cancel button available in the billing settings. I’m clearly not the only one — there are multiple threads in their own community forum and other reviews here describing the exact same problem: no cancel option, support that doesn’t respond, and continued charges after people thought they had cancelled. For a company built around AI automation, it’s hard to believe a simple cancel button is somehow beyond them. At minimum this is a serious product failure. At worst it functions as a way to keep billing customers who are actively trying to leave. I had to remove my card from the account just to stop the charges, since the cancel flow itself didn’t work. If you’re considering Lindy, use a virtual or single-use card and don’t expect to be able to cancel easily through their site. I’d also encourage others having this issue to file a complaint with the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) — this kind of subscription trap is exactly what current ROSCA enforcement and the pending “Click-to-Cancel” rulemaking are meant to address.

Absolutely useless, it made my inbox messier and life harder. DO NOT DO IT. It frequently made mistakes, would send reminders about low priority tasks but then would never update me on urgent things. It auto-moved all email invitations and meeting discussions to a hidden folder, and then didn't update or tell me about it. I missed a few important meetings, wondering why I was not getting any zoom invites... I asked it to undo the settings, but it didn't, I had to manually go in and fix it all myself. It continued messaging me after the free trial ended, and I had to go back in and delete the workspace just to be sure I wasn't going to get a surprise bill (as I see several reviews of that happening).
