My entire experience with Linen Tales…
My entire experience with Linen Tales was fabulous. In addition to ease of use of the site, when there was a minor glitch re: the shipping fee between checking out using Shop and trying to purchase directly from the site, Linen Tales customer service responded immediately and corrected the problem, all pleasantly and with an apology for any inconvenience to me. Best of all - and we had had faith having first seen the products at Terrain - the quality of both the fabric, the prints, and the solid options are top notch. I ended up buying multiple tablecloths and we are thrilled with all of them; they also wash beautifully.

Great quality napkins, fast and reliable FedEx delivery
Lovely napkins with pleasing colors and a good medium fabric weight. Good to know: the striped napkins are lighter than the plain ones (190 vs. 215 g/m2), which I only noticed after ordering – as a customer, you don’t expect this to change with the color selection. Delivery to Germany with FedEx was fast and I was well informed of the status (email and SMS). I would remove half a star because the website wouldn’t let me order all the napkins I wanted. I wanted two sets of 6 (not an unsubstantial purchase). While I was able to buy 6 of the first variety, the amount for the second was capped at four, forcing me to either place a new order (not an option given the delivery fee) or substitute with another color. That spoiled the online shopping experience a little for me. Fortunately, the napkins I picked to make up the missing 2 are also lovely.
