Not what I expected
I tried to use their service without even realizing what I was signing up for. I thought I was simply entering my card information for the Stripe payment provider. Instead, I ended up wasting time trying to delete my card details and other personal data from a platform I never intended to sign up for. Even worse, the payment failed, so the service didn’t even work for me.

BEWARE
BEWARE. Do not use link for payments. I have had this company masterclass.com charge re-occuring charges and I have no account with them. Link take no responsibility, and they are the payment gateway. They tell me to contact the company who are not responding. This is a scam system. DO NOT USE

FALSE ADVERTISING of their promotions! I will never use anything affiliated with them again, and told others to do the same. Also be warned their customer service will waste your time and take 20+ days to respond to you.

Outrageous fees
Paid by card before realising there was a $20 processing fee. Do NOT pay by card. Better still do NOT use link. Absolutely disgraceful.

There was “NO CONSENT” to be signed up ……
There was no consent to be signed up for an account … I paid $30 with AARP for a service and the next thing I know I’m emailed saying I now have an account with Link… I immediately removed my C.C. information and deleted my account that I did not consent to.. I’ll give “Link” this POSITIVE NOTE… it was reasonably easy to remove my credit card and delete my account… next time I’ll be using a Temporary C.C. with a little cash to shop online … unfortunately this will be the LAST TIME I shop thru AARP… 😳… it NOW makes AARP LOOK SKETCHY!!🙁
