May as well bought a bottle of water, there is no scent to this perfume and what you do smell lasts 5 mins if that DO NOT BUY INTO THE HYPE OF THIS PERFUME check out all the reviews on face book and Instagram now… any 5 star reviews are left by paid influences or Bots…. Check all reviews out before you part with your cash

Great customer service!
Great customer service!! Love the perfume, however the spray button stopped working and hadn’t used that much out the bottle. I emailed them and received a quick response and with in a couple of days they are sending me a new bottle thank you Alix and hassan for your excellent customer service 😊

★★★★★ Absolutely outstanding customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong scent and contacted Liquid London to see if anything could be done. Qasim & Gareth dealt with the issue immediately — on a Sunday AND over the Bank Holiday weekend! From first contacting them to having confirmation that everything had been sorted took less than 3 hours. I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they handled it. No hassle, no back and forth — they just got it sorted straight away. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Qasim & Gareth are an absolute credit to Liquid London. Thank you both so much!

This company are a scam
This company are a scam. I ordered this product but the address was wrong and it was sent to a different address. I cancelled within seconds after realising the address was incorrect and this scam company will try and deflect to stop you from obtaining a refund which is the law under the consumers act 2015. Avoid at all cost.

Didn't even want to give 1 star Total scam No smell, not one person I went near could smell it Contacted them as it states money back if not happy and I was told as long as you haven't used more than one to two sprays out of the bottle! YOU NEED AT LEAST 5 OR 6 SPRAYS TO ACTUALLY SMELL ANYTHING so now they won't refund on this bottle of water I brought for £20 total scam as website does not state you can only use one to two sprays and after that no refund Scammers and liars Also if you look at all the 5 star reviews they are all written very similar and always naming someone on customer service. I think these reviews need to be checked as authentic as they are certainly not true.
