Great products and the best customer service!
Lisa’s products are beautifully and thoughtfully made. She’s a true artist, but makes her products so accessible and easy to use. I have always had great experiences both in-store and online when shopping and the customer service is second to none. If you do have a rare issue they are so responsive and sort it out immediately. I’ve recently moved from London back to Australia but will continue to purchase from LE because I’ve had such positive experiences and love the products.

This service is a super service. Quick, very personal and super friendly. As I am only a husband I don’t have any experience with all that and was looking for a nice present. So Sophie and Charlotte guided me through this. Thanks for your patience and your very professional support! Great!
