Order not fulfilled and not refunded, company impossible to reach
I made an order that was confirmed and payment was taken. Days later I received an email saying they couldn’t fulfil the order and that my order would be refunded. I’ve sent multiple emails and Instagram messages quoting my order number and the company has not responded. It’s been weeks and my order has not been refunded and I can’t get a response through any of their channels. My order no. was 3717. Avoid!!

A scam?
I’m starting to think that this company/site might be a scam? I placed an order (and made payment) and then immediately received an email saying that I would be put on a waiting list as they couldn’t fulfil my order due to them being too busy to accept new orders, and that I would be immediately refunded. I found it strange that I wasn’t told this BEFORE placing my order. I was not immediately refunded and still have not been refunded despite this being over 2 weeks ago. I have sent emails and Instagram messages but have not received a reply. I’m nervous that as I signed up for a subscription that they will continue to take payment from me!

The best fresh and convenient baby food!
I usually cook for my 7-month-old daughter, but I wanted to have a backup in case I don’t have enough time. The products taste amazing and are as fresh as homemade. No comparison to Ella’s. Would definitely recommend!

AVOID THIS COMPANY I have bought my first month box with them costing £42 which was took straight away. My order was due and it still has not arrived 4 days later. I have emailed them, instagrammed then commented on posts and no one is getting back to me. This is an absolute scam company. I am £42 down with no products there is no contact number and I don’t no how I’m going to get my money back. Absolutely shocking to be taking peoples hard earned money!!! And providing no products
