Schlechtester Support EVEr!!!
Ingesamt völlig überteuert!!!! Ich als Model finde die Seite einfach nur schlecht! Aber nicht schlecht von den Kunden her sondern vom Support her. Die Verträge für die Models sind lächerlich und wenn man ein Problem hat, retardiert der Support nicht mal und lässt dich links liegen. Nach mehreren E-Mails zum Support wurde tagelang nicht reagiert! Solltest du dir überlegen als Model zu arbeiten dann halte dich von Live Jasmin fern!!!

Please do not ever work for this site
Please do not ever work for this site. They owe me $500 refused to answer. My emails refused to answer. My phone calls refused to pay me refused to give me an! Why they haven’t paid me and I’m gonna have to take a legal action. I’ve suggest you never worked for this website. They’ve done it to many people too. I’m not the only one.

Terrible customer support — credits lost and no real assistance
I have been a paying customer of LiveJasmin for a long time, but my recent experience with their support has been extremely disappointing. During a private show, the camera suddenly froze and the screen went completely black. I had no choice but to close the session, while my credits were still being deducted. I contacted support because I wanted them to investigate what happened and simply return the credits that were lost due to this technical issue. Instead of actually addressing my problem, I received a long generic reply explaining browser settings, cache, cookies, private browsing, restarting my router, and other possible issues on my side. They told me they could not see any glitch on their end and therefore the problem was supposedly caused by me. I replied explaining that this was not a connection or browser issue. I was already in a live private session, the screen became completely black, and I only wanted the credits that were lost during the malfunction to be restored. I was not asking for a refund, only the credits I had paid for. After that message, they completely stopped responding. This is not how a paying customer should be treated. Technical issues can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In my case, I received a generic response, no real investigation, and no follow-up. I used to spend money on this platform regularly, but after this experience I am seriously disappointed. LiveJasmin needs to improve its customer support and start listening to its customers instead of ignoring them.I replied explaining that this was not a connection or browser issue. site is OK but its not really an adult chat site, its very expensive if you want to see full nudity you have to spend a lot of money and site credits for a private snow and even then its not garenteed you'll see anything, if your wanting to free roam to find a fully naked model to watch to pleasure yourself without spending credits for private shows and chatting your wasting your time, I roamed through at least 100 models a few did show boobs but not a single one was showing her lower private parts and three quarters of the models are overweight middle aged bints that'll make you shrink to a press stud as soon as you see them which is not good if you want to crank one out, the best adult chat sites I've found is MyFreeCams and Chaturbate as most of the models are gorgeous and freely showing themselves fully naked showing everything and you don't neerd to spend crrdits or chat with them,

Improve affordability and customer opportunity
1. lowere the cost per credit 2.Shorten the gap between tokens bought and received 3.Give member the choice of promotions, I prefer credits instead of points...most member are looking for discounts not poionts earned. 4.Eliminate credits for messages 5.Offer the puschase Tokens instead of credits I guarantee Jasmin will gain more customers over all 6. Make jasmin more affordable all customer believe Jasmin is over priced.
