Scam shop... have not responded for 2 months
The shop took the money, didn’t deliver the goods and is ignoring me. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this shop if you want to end up with neither your money nor the goods. I think they’re scammers. I’m going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency [Order #151075] (March 24, 2026)

They've been ignoring me for a month…
They've been ignoring me for a month and a half now. They haven't delivered the item; they said they'd send it but never did. I don't understand the reason for the delay, but this is very poor customer service Order 143418

Horrible Customer Support
I bought AIBI after watching so many videos of it working online, it was definitely a more irrational decision on my part to get this product. But as soon as I started using it I found the quality to be horrible and no where near what I was expecting. The AI on it (chat GPT integration) does not hold well and the constant need for attention from AIBI makes it less of a companion and more like a tamagotchi-like toy that you can play chess with every now and then. I have had multiple attempts with the company to return this device and have shared my experience and videos of multiple bugs and problems I found with it and the company refused to do anything about it. To say the least, this product is the worst AI product I had put my money into and I recommend anyone who is potentially looking into it to stay away from this company due to seemingly high amount of unsatisfied customers, including people like myself, who feel scammed for over $250 for a product that works as though it was $20.
