I bought a UV-mirror for some time ago. It worked fine for almost 1,5 years and then one day it just would not work. The UV-mirror cost nearly 300 dollars so definitely not worth the money.

Stay far away from this scam of a company. I placed my order on 5/9/25 for a red light mask and still have not received the item. To make matters worse now when I try to track the item my order number cannot be found. Also do not expect to get any replies from their "customer service" it will never happen.

Finger weg von diesem Shop!
Das Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden, weil die Adresse angeblich nicht gefunden wurde. Die Sendung ging an den Absender zurück – aber eine Rückerstattung habe ich nie erhalten. Jeglicher Kontaktversuch mit dem Betreiber verläuft ins Leere. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet, und der "Chat" ist ein Witz: Ein Bot, der nichts zum Fall sagen kann und lediglich auf die E-Mail-Adresse verweist. Eine Rückbuchung über die Kreditkarte war leider nicht mehr möglich, da sich die Lieferung so lange hingezogen hat, dass alle Fristen abgelaufen sind. Fazit: Hände weg – absolut unseriös!

I am thoroughly impressed with this product! The LED mask has become an essential part of my daily routine. I purchased it to address my acne issues, and I have observed significant improvements. After using the LED mask for almost a month, my skin appears calmer, my acne is less inflamed, and my complexion is more radiant. I prefer to use it before bedtime, as it helps me relax and fall asleep more easily. I wholeheartedly recommend this product and all offerings from L&L Skin.

I used it only once, so it is too early to judge its effectiveness. But in general, I was pleased with the quality of the device. I tried all the functions. I bought a special contact gel for this device, as I believe that my usual care products do not contain enough water for a long-lasting glide. The RF function with the water-based contact gel worked great, but when I started using EMS with the same gel, I felt very unpleasant sensations, my face started to stab very hard, painful sensations. I rinsed off the gel and applied my usual avocado oil to try the same regimen already with a different product. I didn't feel any more pain, in fact, I didn't feel anything else, except that I could only hear the slight popping of the device. Accordingly, I believe that it is important to draw the attention of clients to what can be applied to the face beforehand and what cannot.
