As a woman planning a ski trip, I booked a condo through The Lodging Company. The process was easy, and the place was cozy, though the second bed was just a pull-out sofa. Customer service was helpful, and I’d use them again.

I booked a ski in condo at keystone
I booked a ski in condo at keystone, and when checking in they never supposedly received the final payment I sent. I had to prove it before checking in. They proceeded to put us in the wrong place with less beds than required. I asked the front desk the cost of the room we were put into and it was $1000 cheaper than the one i booked. I lost 2 days dealing with this headache and nothing was compensated for mistakes of the company. They also proceeded to charge another $500 in fees during check out. This is a shady company that is a third party to the resorts. They lack the correct information and customer service to make a stress-free vacation possible, and they steal people's money.

Great service
Great service, to the folks complaining about not getting refunded due to weather, that is why you get travel insurance . Not their fault. We have had a good trip to copper mountain and have had a good response when we had any questions.
