Fraudulent Billing, Unlawful No-Refund Policy & No Way to Cancel Subscription I strongly advise against using Logome.ai due to their deceptive and likely illegal business practices. My experience with them has been frustrating, time-consuming, and financially damaging. Unauthorized Charges – I was repeatedly charged for a subscription I was unaware of and did not use. Despite not accessing their service for months, they continued billing me without my consent. Impossible to Cancel Subscription – Their platform deliberately prevents users from canceling their subscriptions. The auto-renewal option was disabled on my account, making it impossible to stop payments. Support acknowledged this but still refused to issue a refund. Unlawful No-Refund Policy – Logome refuses refunds even when customers have not used their service. This violates consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations. Charging for unused services and blocking cancellation is illegal. Lack of Transparency & Ignoring Legal Requests – When I asked for their company’s legal details, including official registration and business address, they ignored my request entirely. This is a huge red flag and further proof that they operate unlawfully and try to avoid accountability. Chargeback Was Not a Viable Option – I initially considered requesting a refund through my bank, but the chargeback process is lengthy and can take up to 60 days. I decided against it because it was not financially beneficial for me. If you need proof of their fraudulent practices, I have full email exchanges with their support team and my bank regarding the refund request. Avoid Logome.ai at all costs! Their business model revolves around misleading subscriptions, unauthorized billing, and outright refusal to refund customers. I will be reporting them to consumer protection authorities.
