I would not recommend this chain of…
I would not recommend this chain of clinics. I made an appointment days prior. They moved the time of it, then 1 hour before cancelled it altogether. They sent a cancellation by email and didn't call. They explained no appointments are confirmed until the morning of the appointment, even though they had made me prepay. I've had this happen more than once, so I won't be using them again

Save your £99. Dr. Mark Armoogum at the King's Cross location spent 10 minutes to arrive at the diagnosis I walked in with — a Boots counter employee spotted the infection faster. First he told me I could swim with an open wound; reversed only when I pushed back. He ignored my request for a stomach-friendly antibiotic, then gave me the wrong dosing instructions (the package says 4x daily without food; he said once, with food). No mention of probiotics to offset the antibiotic's side effects. No basic questions — warm to the touch? feverish? At £99, competence isn't too much to ask. The front desk woman, in fairness, was excellent.

i had to go to London Doctors Clinic as…
i had to go to London Doctors Clinic as an emergency as i was about to travel and not sure if i was able to with my condition and prescribed medication from my nhs GP. I chose them initially because i couldn’t find anywhere open on the weekends to give me a letter confirming whether i was fit to travel or not. I was really nervous but i booked it on the day at the King’s Cross location. The doctor was amazing and calmed and reassured all of my concerns. So happy i went and will be going again if im ever in an emergency situation.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. Doctor left after I was 6 minutes late (to a 15 minute appointment) which I had booked for a medical emergency - couldn’t event wait the remainder of the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff - would never recommend. Do not use
