Very accommodating from start to…
Very accommodating from start to finish, first class care and attention to detail from booking an appointment to the treatment and then the after care. But most importantly of all fantastic results I am now seeing through the eyes of the 30 year old me not bad considering I am now 65. finally wishing the whole team every success for the future you thoroughly deserve it Best Robert

Utterly fantastic team that really made…
Utterly fantastic team that really made the whole experience bespoke and unique. I had no nerves or apprehensions as the care was top level, the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after. Even walking me to the uber after treatment incase I got into the wrong one! Couldn’t reccomend this clinic enough for laser eye surgery. If you’re reading this, make the decision to do it now rather than waiting and wishing you’d done it years ago like I did!

A really positive experience at the…
A really positive experience at the London Vision Clinic having lens replacement surgery. The whole team are very professional, reassuring and the procedure was painless and much quicker than I thought it would be. The aftercare is also very good. Would definitely recommend the LVC.

Couldn't have been better from start to…
Couldn't have been better from start to finish. Staff on reception were lovely and so helpful, the whole experience was professional but friendly and warm. Was nervous about the surgery but it was completely fine and Mr Carp couldn't have been more reassuring. Life changing results and have recommended to 4 people who have also already had the procedure and also couldn't be happier.

I honestly cannot recommend London Vision Clinic highly enough.
From day one, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. From my very first meeting with Tegan, my Patient Care Coordinator, I felt extremely well looked after. She was friendly, professional and reassuring, and made the entire process feel smooth and straightforward from the beginning. Every member of the team I dealt with was wonderful. The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, the customer care was exceptional, and everything was handled with real professionalism and attention to detail. A massive thank you to Dr Glenn Carp, who performed my surgery. He was absolutely brilliant throughout. I felt completely confident and reassured in his care, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The level of care before, during and after my surgery has been outstanding. It’s very clear that everyone at London Vision Clinic genuinely cares about their patients and the standard of service they provide. A huge thank you to Dr Carp, Tegan and the entire London Vision Clinic team for making the whole journey such a positive experience. Fantastic service, amazing customer care and an exceptional team. I would highly recommend London Vision Clinic to anyone considering laser eye surgery.
