Pointless trying to get a refund.
I bought a bomber jacket in 3XL, I'm quite a big chap. When it eventually arrived from China which was a bit of a surprise, it was way way too small, probably a medium at best. Trying to get a refund is like getting blood out of a stone. They've offered me 20% to keep the jacket which is of no use to me but I guess that's probably the best I'm going to get without a pointless pattle over a few pounds. Or a full refund if I send it back at a cost to me of over £20.00. This company does not like to give back your money once they've got it regardless of the fact that the problem is entirely their own fault.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts - Londonward
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. That was my first mistake. Having checked the sizing when ordering, they arrived and are very big!! The material is nothing like the picture, very cheap, nylon(?) and certainly doesn't hold a structured look!! I requested a refund, but was offered that i keep these shorts and they would send me more!!! I have ended up accepting a 30% refund, keeping the shorts, that will go to a charity shop. To get 100% refund you need to return the shorts to China. My PO quoted £35!! With a name like Londonward I was surprised this business is run from China / Hong Kong. Beware.

Do not purchase from these people - China seller
These guys are pretending to be UK sellers, but everything gets shipped from China. You have to pay for any returns to China. Their products are really poor quality. The item they ship is not necessarily the item on their website. They aren't the same colour. They aren't the same shape. They aren't the same materials They don't have the same stitching. They don't have the same buckles. They don't have the same soles They don't even have the same inner. Even after sending side-by-side images of the web image and a photo of what they sent, they still only offered a 20% refund. Steer clear! Companies like this give on-line shopping a bad name and should be banned.

Have repeatedly contact this company…
Have repeatedly contact this company regarding my refund of pair of drawstring beige shorts that I have returned weeks ago Its getting really ridiculous now they reply back to emails that I shall soon be receiving refund They have the goods returned but where is my refund!!. This gas out me off from placing any more orders from this site!! Have even sent them receipt of proof of return!!

RIP OFF
I bought a showerproof jacket from this company but it was too small. I have been wasting my time and energy trying to return it and get a refund (roughly 2 months). This company does not honour what is written on their website and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND them.
