I do not recommend them
I do not recommend them. About a ~8 month ago, the post nord, lost my package; I tried contacting Lookfantastic, but no one answered the phone or replied to my emails. Then I tried to cancel my subscription, but that was impossible too. So, if you see this message: I want to cancel your services—firstly, because you didn't compensate me for the lost box, and secondly, because of your attitude….

Very disappointing experience/ Not recommend
Very disappointing experience with Lookfantastic. My order arrived damaged and all the products had leaked. I reported it and was promised a replacement, but it never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times for updates, and instead of resolving the issue, they blocked my account without any explanation. They didn’t send the replacement and couldn’t even tell me why my account was blocked. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor customer service, broken promises, and no accountability. I would not recommend Lookfantastic based on my experience.

Returns scam
This company is not that trustworthy. I got scammed on a return worth a lot of money fully packaged up. Lookfantastic decided not to refund me. Took ages to get back to me. They blamed on it being damaged but showed no pictures nor evidence. The product was fine. Be careful. They are not transparent in the returns policy. They now have my money and the product for free. I’ve had to alert my credit card company.
