Look Fantastic is a dishonest company use AllBeauty instead they are great!
I’m shocked at the treatment that LF give, I returned a MAC blusher, I didn’t even open the package as they sent the wrong colour, I paid to return the blusher and LF refused a refund saying that the lipstick (it was a blusher!) had been smudged inferring that it had been used! So they kept the blusher and refused the refund £26 out of pocket, please avoid this unscrupulous company!! Of course customer service will comment below and say that they will look into my case but of course they have no intention of doing! MAC blush ORDER NUMBER 766552131

I am very disappointed as a regular customer I brought some perfume on a plan to find out there was no order either by email or on the app only on the plan as pending I contacted Fraser plus who said it’s nothing to do with them as look fantastic told me it was? I then contacted look fantastic and struggled to get a live person but eventually did who told me they will have to investigate? And could take up to 7 days?for this to come off the plan even though Fraser plus said look fantastic cancelled the order and yet it’s still saying I owe 78.00 not cheap I would like to warn others he may order from this site to be very careful
