Fantastic Quality and Customer Service
I can’t recommend Love for Sleep highly enough! The cotbed I bought from them is absolutely beautiful and really lovely quality. It feels sturdy, well made and I’m so pleased with it. When it came time to convert it into a bed, I thought I had lost the bed guard. Thankfully I eventually found the guard, but then realised I couldn’t find the screws! I contacted Love for Sleep through their online message centre and they were absolutely brilliant. They responded very quickly and went above and beyond to help me, sending out replacement screws without any fuss. They arrived the very next working day, which was fantastic. The whole issue was dealt with so quickly and efficiently, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to help ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good service and product.
The price was reasonable compared to other suppliers, the quality of the product was very good and solid. Ordered in time for next day delivery, given a 2 hour delivery slot, product arrived in the first 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

So so so so so good
I had lost the screws to my babies cot when I went to reuse it. I filled out a form that took less than 3 minutes and had a reply with 2 hours and then the screws delivered for the next day. Now my baby can sleep comfortably.

Excellent customer service! I contacted Love For Sleep regarding a damaged part of our child’s bed, which we had purchased around two years ago. Their customer service was very helpful and responsive, and they arranged a replacement part for us free of charge. The replacement arrived and fitted perfectly. I really appreciate their professionalism, quick response and excellent support. I would definitely recommend Love For Sleep to friends and family. Thank you!
