Customer support non existent. They have refused my extended warranty without proper reason: - no LS2 helmet they state: YES IT IS - no ticket delivered with request: YES THERE WAS I have been trying to reach them since APRIL. Have sent multiple reminders without any response. It seems they are very quick in refusing accountability but do not respond when they need to take it.

Optik ist sehr schön.
Optik ist sehr schön. Helminnenpolster kommen nach häufigem auf-und absetzen raus. Sicherheitsrisiko! Visier austauschen sehr kompliziert. Nie wieder LS2 Helm

Low quality and false advertising
Just received a Vector II and wanted to fit my cardo unit and inclipping the pads and there is some rough material and stitching on the cheek pads and the glue that holds the clips on the sides have already come away. Pretty disappointing finish from LS2 tbh especially after my wife's rapid 3 doesn't have any of these issues and at less than half the price of this one. Really off-putting for a brand new helmet with glue not even holding after one unclip. I haven't even taken the top liner off yet. Also the pics on the website show a matt black helmet with silver/dark grey LS2 emblems on it and the one I received has the brightest white known to man, nearly even a fluro white if that even exists. This is not what I wanted obviously and how can you advertise a product that looks totally different to the images supplied?

Sono deluso, ho un casco N40/5, dovrei cambiare l'interno, distrutto in poco tempo, mai successo, se vai sul sito Nolan neanche c è, lo devi comprare siti internet, dai 70/80€, ridicolo, casco costa 170€, cambio casco, ma basta made in Italy, è una schifezza

Ho comprato un Victor II da Motoabbigliamento, dopo un anno guardando il modello nuovo carbon black mi sono accorto che la micrometrica ha un primo scatto in apertura che al mio manca! Comparato con il nuovo, il negozio fa segnalazione e invia il tutto a LS2 che dopo circa un mese mi restituisce il casco ancora con lo stesso problema ma con una check list di controlli superati. Cambiata la visiera in garanzia perché rotta semplicemente nel alzare e abbassare la visiera, è molto debole. Per il resto proverò altre marche in futuro sicuramente. Lati positivi, leggero abbastanza insonorizzante ed economico. Penso e sono quasi sicuro che hanno migliorato la micrometrica negli ultimi modelli del Vector II.
