The Dolls are Great... the accessories are lacking
I have bought 2 dolls from Lucidtoys now. I bought Firedoll Ayumi last year and she was a great companion, although she only lasted about 18 months before wear and tear put an end to her. I have just bought my second Firedoll, Lily, who arrived yesterday and she looks fantastic, the quality of the dolls have clearly improved since my last purchase. While Lily herself looks great, the accessories that came with her were not. When I bought my first doll, she came with 2 wigs, the one she was wearing in her display photo and a replacement in a different style and colour. Lily arrived with only a single wig and I am not exaggerating to say that this wig looked like it had been repeatedly attacked with a pair of scissors. The hair was short, scruffy, uneven and clumps of the hair were already falling out before I even put it on the doll. As for the 'lacy lingerie' that comes with the doll... it's just cheap junk, it didn't even properly fit over Lily's bust and it just looked ridiculous when I tried to put it on her. Both the "lingerie" and the wig went straight in the bin and I had to go back to lucid toys store and buy two more wigs for Lily which set me back another £50, although they did arrive promptly this morning less than 24 hours after the order was placed. As for the doll wigs themselves, they look great for a while but they do tangle very quickly and it's hard to make them last more than 3 months before they need replacing. In terms of delivery, everything I have ever ordered from Lucidtoys has arrived very promptly and with no damage or issues. While I am happy with the quality of the dolls themselves and the quick delivery times, unfortunately the poor quality of the accessories that came with my new doll means that I cannot give 5* in this review. The best feedback I can give the company would be to check the wigs that are being sent with the doll beforehand. I genuinely have no idea how someone could have looked at that scruffy mess of hair and thought it was OK to send as the doll's only wig. Also, maybe consider sending some actual lingerie with the dolls in future, and preferably something that actually fits the doll it comes with, because the "lingerie" that comes with the dolls at the moment is simply not fit for purpose. That one criticism aside, Lily looks great and I'm sure she will be a great companion.

do not trust them)) they lie cheap knock offs they will lie through there back teeth to keep you unhappy i ordered a doll with small breast -they send me massive breast and a different head/unatractive face sent me out interley different item it cost me 800 gbpound i told them to collect it asap because it dosen't match the item on there website. they email me back asking me to handle it and put on its supplied lingarie an take picture of it for comparasion. I tell them there wasting my time even more an show them what they sent me and what the item is on there web site they arrange collection so sent back item two week back i am out of pocket an have no item i raised case with paypal
