Just tried to withdraw for the first…
Just tried to withdraw for the first time. Few days went by the my request was canceled…. The money was back in my account. So what I get is they give u the run around. U try to get your money and they cancel your request. The live chat is always to busy. You can’t get ahold of no one.. the emails I wrote don’t get responded too.. this is just a big scam. This site should be shut down.

Absolutely crooked Casino haven't been able to collect my $1700 winninngs after it's been accepted.I have tried to contact support but was meet with due to high volume to try later and when I tried to press on support tab it was disabled and couldn't through.I manage to email them and was told that all deposits had to be wager 3 times before a withdrawal can be processed what a bunch of b.s.It's like a pyramid scheme and should be investigated and shut down.Gigadat should be held responsible for not doing a thorough check on these fake sites that they're collecting players money and distributing to those fake sites.

I am writing to do a formal complaint against luckyones casino for the absolute, definitive timeline of events and irrefutable chat evidence. The casino has committed a severe regulatory breach by retroactively manipulating my account balance. Here is the exact sequence of facts: Bonus Completion and Cash Transition: I deposited $100 and used a bonus. I successfully met all wagering requirements. The casino officially processed this, and the system shifted my funds completely into my Real Cash Balance. Clean Cash Play: Relying on the casino interface showing my funds as cleared real cash, I played an entirely separate session. I accepted 100% of the live wagering risks with pure cash on a clean slate and fairly won a total balance of $4,400. Payment Processor Failure: I requested a withdrawal for the $4,400. This request failed strictly due to an external banking network transmission error, which automatically pushed my funds back into my casino profile. Retroactive Confiscation: When I tried to withdraw a third time, the casino used the banking glitch as a loophole. They retroactively enforced the maximum bet rules of the first bonus—a bonus session that was already completed and cleared. They wrongfully seized $4,100 from my real cash balance, leaving only $100. Post-Confiscation Goodwill Trap: The casino did not grant a goodwill exception beforehand. They applied the "goodwill" label only AFTER the confiscation occurred. They left $100 in my account, called it a gesture of goodwill, and told me to withdraw it in a predatory attempt to force a low-value settlement. I explicitly reject this as a final resolution. The Written Admission: I have explicit chat transcripts where the support agent openly admits that the casino actively went directly into my Real Cash Account to strip away this money based on that expired bonus session. The casino accepted my live cash bets. They cannot legally resurrect a dead bonus rule to seize subsequent cash winnings after a banking error occurs. I am attaching the full screenshots of the chat logs proving these admissions.

Habe heute innerhalb 4 Stunden 27 Tausend euro verspielt auf dieser scm seite. Jedes Freispiel unter 40€ Gewinn. Bei 20€ Solar Queen habe ich bei 10 Freispielen ganz genau 0 Euro gewonnen:) aber das ist ja Glück hahahah genauso wie bei Big Bass Spielen, ca 30 Freispiele auf 6 Euro getroffen.
