Great design but appalling durability.
My wife and I have bought a lot of clothes from this brand over the years. The quality is very poor and virtually every item has been outlasted by much cheaper clothing. I tried to return a few items which failed ridiculously early but had no success. Great design but appalling durability.

I bought the Scuba Mid-Rise Wide-Leg…
I bought the Scuba Mid-Rise Wide-Leg Pants for £108. They were very long and actually touched the floor, so I had them shortened. The alteration service itself was excellent so I have no complaints about the service. Unfortunately, after the first wash, following the care instructions on the label, the trousers shrank so much that they ended up above my ankles. With the wide-leg style, they looked ridiculous and were simply unwearable. I paid £108 for these trousers, plus the time and effort involved in taking them to the alteration service and collecting them afterwards. After just one wash, they became practically useless. I never even got to wear them after washing, so I put them away in the back of my wardrobe and completely forgot about them. I recently came across them while clearing out my wardrobe and wanted to leave a review to warn other customers. Unfortunately, the option to leave a review is no longer available. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money.

Good, but not quite Great
Bought a pair of Lululemon men's ABC slimfit trousers in black, size 32 waist 30 leg. This is my regular size and they fit me well. Bought for golf and casual use. The trousers are very good, smart and comfortable, if a little warm for me personally. I really like the side pockets. What lets them down a little is the cheap feeling zip which is not smooth and rather fiddly to use, and the legs are just the tiniest bit too skinny for my liking. No French button on the fly, which also points to cost saving. Overall I'm happy to wear them, but I think the Peter Miller EB66 is a more comfortable, slightly classier pair of trousers, although I prefer the side pockets on the ABC to the front pockets on the EB66. Was not able to write a review on the Lululemon website.

Atrocious ordering experience
Atrocious ordering experience. Ordered something that should be a few days delivery. I did get an email mentioning delays. But 11 days later and it still hasn't arrived. I received an email saying it's been sent now. Not sure when it will arrive. I don't actually need the item now as it was for an event that has passed! Totally unreliable. Won't buy again. It's a shame as I had high hopes for Lululemon. I even messaged their support team but they didn't even reply.
