Customer service absent couldn’t cancel
The app wasn’t too bad - didn’t notice much and someone signed us ip with their email so lost access to logging in. Wrote multiple emails to customer service to cancel subscription or log in - no response. So had to cancel credit card. Not good.

Here’s my concern with Lumosity and…
Here’s my concern with Lumosity and their word bubbles training. The square for entering letters to make up words is way to small for your fingers so you’re constantly making spelling errors. The shift button is also too close to letters so you erase the word you’re creating over and over again and then…time is up. Not a fair measurement and so frustrating! If you happen to accidentally hit the edge of the box to enter letters it erases completely and you lose your timed word opportunity! Not reflective of true abilities because you’re moving fast and if you hit the box entry in the wrong way again, it erases again and you have to start over. It changes my scores and because there were too many mistakes when my finger hit the wrong letter because the boxes are too small for your fingers, I lose any progress to that point with that word. As a female, it’s easier for me than as a male, and I would assume a male has even more trouble than a female in sticking within that small square to enter your letter to spell the words. It makes you feel like you’re in really bad shape and is frustrating when you’re trying to better your last test. I’d rather not have the box that shows the words that I’ve already tried and have bigger squares for my fingers and more space between the lettering and the shift button. This is really the first game that I’m really struggling with and it’s the one I need the most. I’m looking at other games, brain games so that I can drop Lumosity.

I recently had a stroke and was hopeful…
I recently had a stroke and was hopeful this app would help with my recovery. When I signed up for the app they said I already had an account but with errors in my name and an unknown email. I corrected the name and email information and signed up foolishly. I got a conforming email with the conformation number and had my first session. The next day for my next session it didn’t know my proper name and sent my billing information to the wrong email.now I am trying to get my money back and cancel the account.

Save your money 💰, tried to tell me my order was unpaid despite paying with PayPal and sending them the evidence. Thankfully paypal refunded the money . Steer clear of this lot of scammers.

You won't be able to cancel
this company makes it very difficult to cancel the programs. They don't answer the phone number and when you try to ask for an email, they say they can't access email at this time. Don't trust them with your $$$ update: they contacted me and credited my card. Seems like they are trying hard to make up for past mistakes. The games were fun just didn't want to do them.
