ILLEGAL SCAM!!
ILLEGAL SCAM!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They drop ship from Ali Express for 4 x the price- I wish I did a google image search on Ali express beforehand!! They sent me my dress which was a COMPLETELY different colour to the one I ordered so I requested a refund… they had the audacity to offer me 30% off to keep the dress, and then when I said I just wanted to send it back they told me that I have to PAY for the shipping!!! I highlighted their returns policy that shipping would be paid for by them if the item was incorrect however they have accepted liability however the item fits the ‘description’ (there was only one option for gold) but the dress is literally not the same (initial dress as advertised is a champagne colour with white feathers and they’ve sent me a cheap darker dress with yellow gold feathers) they are FALSE advertisers and thieves. STAY AWAY!!!!! Also do yourself a favour and look on Ali Express or SHEIN before buying from them- it’ll be SO much cheaper and more reliable! AVOID AT ALL COSTS -[]UPDATE] - I opened adispute with my bank that confirmed I had a strong case and refunded the money straight away - I then received a response from Luna Fashion advising that they've been notified of the dispute and for a faster resolution, I could then return their dress for a full refund including shipping - this is laughable. they noted that they could only process the refund once the dispute had been dropped which I would not trust in the slightest because they are full of S**** - DO NOT TRUST THEM

Einmal und nie wieder
Einmal und nie wieder. Ich habe eine falsche Lieferung erhalten, nach dem mir die richtige versprochen wurde, habe ich nie wieder was gehört und nicht erhalten. Ich rate ab, es ist absolut minderwertige ware. Sieht nur auf den Fotos schön aus. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Betrug!
Lunare - eine absolut schreckliche Erfahrung. Die Qualität furchtbar und eine Rücksendung, der nicht passenden Ware, unmöglich. Man erhält zwar dauernd Mail's "wir vermissen dich", doch wenn man eine Rücksendeadresse verlangt, herrscht absolute Stille.
