Ordered furniture on sale and had some…
Ordered furniture on sale and had some delivery issues with a broken down courier. However the company turned what could have been an issue into a success. 2 guys drove to my place and assembled the furniture after hours . They left at 11pm. Great customer service. Also…… the furniture is beautiful

Luxus experience
Luxus were very communicative throughout the whole process. Delivery guys turned up when they said they would, quick and efficient in assembling the table, placed in the location I wanted and took all the rubbish away. Very happy with the product. Very solid and well made. Definitely recommend Luxus.

I ordered a set of garden chairs from Luxus and hit a bit of bad luck — the original chair developed a fault, and then the replacement arrived damaged too. Not ideal, but it's how a company handles problems that really counts. Throughout, Luxus were responsive and genuinely helpful. Even though I was outside the standard warranty period, they didn't hesitate to help and see it through properly. When the second chair also arrived damaged, they sorted another replacement without any fuss. The third chair arrived in perfect condition and matches the rest of my set beautifully. Clear they care about getting things right for their customers. Would happily recommend Luxus to anyone looking for quality garden furniture backed up by genuinely good aftercare .

Top quality teak garden furniture
My dealings with Luxus were efficient from start to finish. Delivery of the top class teak garden table and chairs was timely as we needed the garden dining set before hosting a lunch. A couple of the chairs had minor transit damage but were replaced quickly and with no quibble. I subsequently ordered the teak care kit and this arrived promptly too.
