10/10! Affordable prices, generous plans, incredible support!
I was originally planning to purchase a VPS in November, but then I came across LuxVPS and completely changed my plans! Since signing up, I've been genuinely impressed. The support has been incredibly fast and helpful, the pricing is fantastic, and the value you get from the plans is hard to beat. I'm only a few days in, but it's been a lot of fun diving into the world of VPS hosting after spending years on shared hosting. The only thing I'm still getting used to is bandwidth limits. After years of "unmetered" shared hosting, seeing a bandwidth allowance initially made me a little nervous (even though my current plan includes 40TB, which is realistically 99.999999% far more than I'll ever need). However, looking at some newer plans with lower allowances brought back that feeling, but I expect it's simply because I'm used to the shared hosting mindset. As I learn more about my actual usage and consumption, I'm sure that concern will disappear. I'll definitely be recommending LuxVPS to anyone looking for a VPS. 10/10. Thanks for building such a great product!

Never afraid once you lost your email access here.
I'm pretty forgetful and often lose track of what I've done. For security, I set up 2FA on my emails, but then I lost my phone. There was no way to recover it quickly, and my VPS was still running. So I reached out to support, explained everything (including when I created the account), and asked them to change my email. After 48 hours of waiting, I finally got my account back. Amazing support, honestly!
