Got kicked out mid game
Got kicked out mid game. Could log back Into my account saying details incorrect and won’t send me a reset code through email To change. Nothing seems to work and I have £300 I need to withdraw

Poor site makes use impossible
Deposited £10 as part of welcome offer. Started playing, won about a fiver after a few spins. Website crashed and I can’t access my account at all - same issue on multiple devices. Not able to contact the company in any way.

Joined this site years ago completely forgot about it and kept getting emails about free spins and promotions so one day I deposited was up and down but took a loss not a massive one then I put on again and just won what I put on anyways I didn’t put on again I put on this week ( since changed banks and closed the other down ) I deposited with my new card put on and won some money tried to withdraw it but said I had to withdraw to my other card that no longer have message the chat team that stated I had to get a letter stating the old bank is closed!? On any other website you can withdraw to the last deposited!? I stated I have a email witch the bank sent regarding the closed again no longer being active but apparently that’s not good enough it has to be a letter stating the bank is closed going to and from them is crazy …. The site it self is good bonus r good don’t pay massive BUT thats the gamble you take hence why I am giving it a 5 star because I do believe the site is fair and plays good just the not being able to remove a card
