Nou ik heb wat besteld na weken is het kapot binnen gekomen, kreeg na 20 berichtjes eindelijks reactie dat ze het opnieuw zouden sturen, ik wacht nu al 4 weken en tig mailtjes gestuurt maar geen reactie meer. Hendrika bedankt voor het snelle handelen😡😡

off course it's a scam!
I just saw an ad for this and as usual, most of these ads like the masato knife are scams. They show the lamp can set things on fire and that got me laughing. I can't believe people see this, click the link and actually buy... I googled "magnolight scam" and found this. I thought i'd add a review to further sink them.

SCAM!!!!
SCAM!!!!! Do not buy! These torches are next to useless. After placing the order I immediately contacted Magnolight to ask them to cancel but was told it wasn't possible as it was already shipped - within an hour of ordering!! I challenged and they admitted it wasn't shipped but was in the process and so couldn't be cancelled. I said i would refuse delivery and was told if i do I could forfeight my right to a refund and it was best to accept shipment and apply for a return. A week later i got an email to say the product had shipped!!!! Unfortunately i was away when it was delivered or i would have refused delivery. These torches are next to useless. Either the batteries sent with them are dead or the battery option doesn't work. I was able to charge but the light they emit is less than a match!!!! I asked for a refund - had to go through the process of being offered a 25% discount, then a 50% discount, then a 75% discount. I refused them all and said I wanted a full refund, including the postage given that I asked to cancel this order long before it was despatched. They agreed to a return (but failed to provide an address until I asked) but refused to pay for return postage. Not only that but they insist that the package is returned by tracked post. Given that the return address is Germany sending by tracked courier would cost a fortune! I have asked for the 75% discount which I do not expect to receive but we'll see - if I do I will post an update.

Flash light would not hold charge
Flash light would not hold charge. Contacted customer services. Offered 50% refund. The customer is liable for return cost. A scam poor quality item for the cost. Do not buy from them.
