Two days ago I received my fab Tabi flats handmade with free animal material and been wearing them since then! So chic and comfy, just love them. The customer care has been very professional with updates on delivery and prompt answers to my questions. I really hope something good is coming your way dear Maison Nakamoto!

Very disappointing product quality and…
Very disappointing product quality and customer service I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Tabi Flats and the way my complaint has been handled. I purchased the shoes under order #7915 and, after only around five months of normal wear, the sole of the right shoe completely split across the ball of the foot, exposing the internal structure. The rubber on the heels of both shoes had also started splitting and crumbling away. I initially contacted customer service on the 4th august and explained the issue, providing photographs. I was then asked to provide additional clear photos and videos so they could properly assess the damage. I did exactly that and sent everything requested. I then received a response referring to the issue as the “glue” loosening and asking whether the shoes had felt too snug or whether I needed a larger size. This was frustrating because the issue had nothing to do with the fit. The size 40 fits me perfectly, and the sole had physically split after only five months of wear. I was then offered a 50% discount towards purchasing another pair as a “gesture of goodwill”. I explained that I did not feel it was reasonable to pay for another pair when the current pair had failed after such a short period of normal use. I therefore requested either a full refund or a replacement. Since sending that response, I have received no resolution and it’s been over two week since first contacting them. I have followed up repeatedly and have now been emailing daily for over a week without receiving a response. What is most disappointing is that I genuinely love the shoes and approached the company hoping they would stand behind the quality of their product. Instead, I feel that my complaint has been dismissed, the nature of the damage has been minimised, and once I declined the 50% discount, communication effectively stopped. For a premium footwear brand, I expected much better product quality and, more importantly, much better customer service when a genuine quality issue was raised. I would strongly encourage the company to reconsider how it handles product faults and customer complaints.

I absolutely love my tabis!
I absolutely love my tabis!! So much that I got all the colours and styles! I just wish I double confirmed the sizes before hitting order. I was too excited and got a smaller size. I still wear them but they’re not as comfortable as the right size is. They all fit true to size. Would buy again!!
