Helpful for Dysautonomia/POTS/MCAS
Dealing with Dysautonomia/POTS/MCAS/EDS is easier with the Visible device because I get immediate feedback on my heart rate and I can share that with my doctor. I can more easily track a new medication’s efficacy.

Visible is easy and comfortable to use
Visible is easy and comfortable to use. I’m learning to take breaks throughout the day and have found if I stay at or below my pace points daily I rest better at night and don’t have to take as much pain meds.

I love the visible app
I love the visible app, it has been a game changer when learning how to get out in front of POTS crashes and gain more freedom. Pacing and hrv have been the missing keys I needed. The education and empowerment to be more independent is priceless .

Pairing issues
This is absolutely my fault for not checking the return policy ahead of time. Received the band and was very excited to get started. Then realized how many reports there are on Reddit about pairing issues. The device never would pair and I followed all troubleshooting tips that are out there. Then I discovered they will not accept device returns for “hygiene reasons”. Avoid unless you love rolling the dice. UPDATED 8/27: Initially frustrating AI customer service but was later contacted by a human. Return label and refund were provided so that was positive. I hope they address what’s apparently not an uncommon pairing issue. Device would pair while connected to the charger but dropped as soon as it was unplugged. For people already facing severe limitations on their daily energy/cognitive capacity, this kind of experience resulting in return “homework” has an outsized impact.

Very useful for tracking how much energy I have
Very useful for tracking how much energy I have. I've been planning my days around how stable I am in the mornings and I've noticed a significant improvement. I do wish it had a sleep time and quality tracker as well as more regular stability checks (like if I wanted to check how I was doing in the middle of the day versus the morning). Not sure if it's possible or if I'm reading the data wrong but if it is that would be very helpful!
