The only car rental company I will ever use
The only car rental company I will ever use in Malaga. So efficient, no hidden costs, no messing around or delaying- you get your car as soon as you arrive and when you drop it off it takes less then a minute for them to process it. You don’t have to worry about a small scratch or anything because it’s always fully insured. This is how a car rental company should work!

Absolutely shocking service from Malaga Car Hire
Absolutely shocking service from Malaga Car. I would strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. We hired a vehicle from them and ran into problems with the car almost immediately: A warning light about its tyres. That alone would have been manageable. Cars have issues. What turned a fixable problem into a genuinely awful experience was the complete refusal of this company to communicate with us. We called 11 times, but not one call resulted in a resolution. On several occasions the same staff member picked up and hung up on us mid sentence, without so much as an explanation. Emails from both the manager and staff went entirely unanswered. We were left stranded with a vehicle we had paid for and no support whatsoever, in a country that was not our own, with no idea whether we were liable for the fault or not. When we finally did get through to a manager, the attitude was dismissive and rude rather than apologetic. Again, many emails were sent before he answered, days later. At no point did anyone take responsibility, offer a solution, or even acknowledge that leaving a paying customer without contact for many might be a problem. The whole experience cost us time, money and a lot of unneeded stress, and it soured a trip we had been planning for months. I honestly struggle to reconcile the rating on this page with what we went through. If your experience was anything like ours, please leave a review, because the current score does not reflect the reality of dealing with this company. Avoid. There are plenty of rental companies in Malaga that will actually answer the phone and have decent customer service!

Autonoleggio eccezionale economico puntuale, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva! precisi nella consegna nei trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto ..consigliato vivamente in confronto a tutti gli altri autonoleggi.. lo sceglierei sicuramente!! per le prossime occasioni lo sceglierò nuovamente
