I hired a car from MALCO from Castellón…
I hired a car from MALCO from Castellón Airport, for a week. No queuing, very quick process, amazing price, friendly service. I received an upgrade, the car was a VW T-Cross, very clean, very good drive. Great experience, would highly recommend.

Malco Barcelona airport, serviciul predare - primire extraordinar, suni cand te dai jos din avion si cineva in 15-20 min iti aduce masina in terminal, la fel si la predare, extrem de facil, comunicare excelenta, masini noi, am primit o masina care avea 1800km, am mai adaugat eu 1340 in 11 zile:) … fara taxe ascunse, platesti 100€ in plus pt combustibil, bani pe care ii primesti inapoi cu conditia sa faceti plinul inainte de predarea masini. Fara garantii, fara obligativitatea cartilor de credit,bla bla bla… asigurarea inclusa! Excelent! Bravo!

Excellent! Malco Valencia Airport. Just remember to call them exactly on time (5 to 10 minutes before pick-up or drop-off). They will meet you right outside the terminal building. We made reservations for a Seat Ibiza, got an Opel Corso instead, which was just fine for 4 people with luggage. There was no hassle at all, smoothly leaving the airport, handing it back over, getting our 100€ deposit refunded within three days. Very happy. I was hesitant to rent a car because of all the negative stories I read online, but Malco lives up to promise.

Not worth any savings
We rented a car from this firm on a monthly basis. A few days later our rear tire blew and we called for service on a saturday evening and the operator of such service asked us for the licence plate of the car and then told us that such car was not on the list of cars for such service by Malco. We contacted the agent who rented us the car via WhatsApp and his automated response was that he was on a holiday for 10 more days and to contact the company. We had up to 10 different phone numbers for various offices and none responded to our calls as they were closed on the weekend. We expect some government of industry agency to protect consumers from being stranded like this with no access to help. The car does not have a spare tire in the trunk, so no one could help us and we imagine someone might follow up our emails, online reports, our WhatsApp, and phone messages on Monday and that this car may need to be towed and a replacement car provided. Although they have various offices in Spain, none are near where the car tire blew. More details when we find some help
