Exactly what I needed
Exactly what I needed. This is a great program for men to increase strength and flexibility as you get older. It is so important to maintain flexibility and this program is the perfect way to do that. Dean is an excellent instructor and does a great job explaining exactly how to do each pose. I am lifetime member.

Background 2023 63yrs old dropped dead playing basketball. ICD implanted After weeks of being idle I needed more than just stretching & yoga mainly w/popular youtube female instructors. I lost most of my muscle mass and for a 6"3 formerly 210lb it was devastating felt like I was wearing my big brothers clothes. I really had no desire to get back to the gym but no gym=no ball and I wanted back on the court. I found MFY . While the female instructors are pleasing to the eye lol MFY and the added "strength" aspect Dean infuses was perfect for me. Though I still kinda feel like a 98 lb weakling with some of the poses MFY got me back on the basketball in weeks not months . MFY hits home for men and Dean gets you through with explaining each position simply for us along w/modifications, encouragement and a little nudge once in a while. I love the series for back & knees including a 10 minute quick back relief session that has saved me multiple times then the sore to strong series makes me feel better immediately no day after workout soreness holding me down. Can't speak highly enough about this. If it's good to ya it's gotta be good for ya & MFY has been great for me . It's part of my daily life we even have 5 min sessions so there is no excuse. I'm back to playing hoops twice a week and at 67 I've got strength & flexibility in areas I didn't know I had. The review asks for date of experience ... Ive been a member since July "ish" 2023

Dean and his yoga expertise is game changer
Dean and his yoga expertise is game changing. I've been a member for several years now, recently upgraded to lifetime membership, and his online training is something I continue to get value from years after my first ManFlow Yoga session. I highly recommend in every way. I use it at home and also easily on the road in hotel rooms when traveling. The best thing is the 1:1 feeling of the workouts, the constantly-new material, and the incredible library of workouts. A+++

I found MFY on YouTube, did it for 2 weeks and loved it. Signed up and have done it daily for 3 years. Instruction is excellent, designed for men's flexibility, perfect for beginners or more advanced. Workouts of every ability level, intensity, and length. Customer service is Excellent. Price is quite affordable. Great value. The FB group and MFY app communities are awesome support and camaraderie for men. Love my MFY!
