Na gebruik van Mapei Ultracolor Plus…
Na gebruik van Mapei Ultracolor Plus voor mijn oprit bleef er op grote delen een hardnekkige cementsluier achter die met normale reiniging niet te verwijderen was. Ik heb contact opgenomen met Mapei voor technisch advies, maar kreeg enkel als antwoord dat de technische fiche niet gevolgd zou zijn en dat men daarom niet verder kon helpen. Er werd geen oplossing, reinigingsadvies of praktische ondersteuning aangeboden.

I still haven’t found what I’m looking for ☹️
Was directed to Mapei HD Cleaner (for cleaning outdoor pavement) by AI and decided to purchase it because of the Google reviews and professional company videos. I purchased it from Amazon. However, I’ve been left very disappointed! Having followed all instructions to the letter, including a repeat clean and also using a strong solution, the product hasn’t really worked. There is a slight difference in the general look of the slabs but the algae/ black spots are still there. I wonder if the comparison pics on the Mapei website have been achieved through industrial machinery being used with the product?? £22 quite literally down the drain and now on the search for a better product.

I bought 6 tubs of Mapei adhesive
I bought 6 tubs of Mapei adhesive. 1 batch was faulty and damaged my tiling etc. we had to get the builder to re-tile, incurring hundreds of pounds. Neither Screwfix nor Mapei was able to explain what's the cause of the fault and only try to point fingers and play the blame game that it was my fault and I used it on the incorrect substrate etc which is not true. They did not even ask for a sample to test it - so I eventually got the samples test and ALAS! IT WAS FAULTY! They simply blame the customers and hope they go away. I wont be buying anymore of their products - an absolute disgrace
