RED VELVET CAKE
RED VELVET CAKE Cloying indeterminate flavour cake. Not velvety but heavy without any acidity to cut through the buttercreamy topping. Suggest M&S check the American recipe, it is supposed to be light eating. Awful, went straight in the wastebin.

Great Grandson received smelly pyjamas
I brought my Great Grandson some pyjamas for his 1st birthday, has we live some distance apart, I thought I will not use Amazon will make the extra effort, pay delivery for next day delivery, and show I did not open Amazon app, click on something job done, and it will be better quality, So embarrassed talking to my daughter she let me know, when Gemma Granddaughter opened package, it smelt of vomit, it was from the packaging, and had transferred onto pyjamas, was told Gemma had washed them and used them, but knowing my Granddaughter she threw them in bin, also next day delivery was a waste of money, took 3 days to get there, Amazon next time, clean packaging.

It's not just hypocrisy, it's M&S hypocrisy
Because after what I've discovered today, any time that M&S talk about saving the planet, it's all lies. You scrapped the bag for life in favour of disposable paper ones. This is going backwards environmentally, not forwards. So when you tell the world that you care, you don't. Because your actions prove it. It's not just hypocrisy, it's M&S hypocrisy

No Box, No purchase
In what world does M&S think sending formal £85 shoes in a loose delivery bag without a box is the best thing to do. Scratches and damage all over them. They preach its for environmental reasons and reduced packaging, but they've just wasted delivery resources and plastic packaging for something thats going to be instantly returned.

Good online shopping experience.
In the past I used to order clothes from M&S a lot but they seemed to go through a stage where their clothing range was a bit frumpy and old fashioned. Not anymore. The clothing is well designed, en trend and appeals to a wider audience. Although the quality is not quite as good as it used to be, it is still way above many of the other brands out there. I find their online shopping website easy to navigate and my deliveries and returns have been handled promptly. Apart from that their sparks loyalty programme has some very good rewards since they have revamped it. I only wish that M and S offered home delivery on food as although it is offered through deliveries with Ocado, purchases aren’t linked to the sparks card rewards which is a shame. Overall I am very happy with the M&S online shopping service.
