We have read them carefully, and we fully understand your frustration. We sincerely apologize for the distress this situation has caused you. We would like to address your concerns openly and honestly. 1. Regarding the warranty period You are absolutely right. When we provided you with the replacement light, we failed to clearly inform you that the warranty period for that unit was 1 year (as it was a refurbished/temporary replacement unit), rather than the standard 5-year warranty for new products. This was our oversight, and we take full responsibility for it. Because we did not communicate this clearly at the time, we have decided to honor the 5-year warranty for your unit when calculating the depreciation value, even though the unit was not purchased as a new product. 2. Regarding the usage time We also understand your clarification that you have only used the light for approximately 1–2 weeks in total (when your original light was being repaired) and then again starting in June, not continuously for 7 months. However, our warranty period begins from the date you received the light. Based on the above information, we would like to offer you a discount of the 79.79£. We understand that you prefer a PayPal payment rather than store credit, and we are happy to accommodate that. However, we are sorry, but because your order is over 7 months old, we can not refund the price directly. Would you like to accept the 79.79 £ discount? We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we are truly sorry for the miscommunication and for any inconvenience caused. Mars Hydro is my Go-To when it comes to indoor growing. All of the products are high quality, and the prices are hard to beat. I’m in the process of building a complete Mars-Hydro grow setup, so I can monitor and control everything easily. I’ve also been impressed by how fast shipping is from the MarsHydro website. Packages have arrived 4 days after placing order in the U.S.

I have grown to love all of my Mars Hydro equipment! You simply cannot beat MH for the price. I have grown for 3 to 4 years with my MH equipment right beside some other higher priced/quality equipment with the MH setup producing as good or better product time and time again!
