Badly discoloring navy blue Jacob shorts.
I have purchased a pair of navy blue MAVI Jacob 9 shorts. Although I have washed them in cold water and air dried them, they discolored badly just after a few times I wore them: look like ten years old. Customer service did nothing about it.

Mavi is a china company who ships from David in Chicago IL? Fake company, terrible products and horrible customer service. Do not deal with this company! They sent a horrible wig which does not match the product online! Return address is in china and they don’t cover the cost.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They kept changing their explanation instead of being honest and taking responsibility. First it was one reason, then another, and none of it made sense. My issue dragged on for more than 20 days, and instead of resolving it, they kept sending repetitive responses and excuses. I provided all the details they needed, but they still failed to handle the matter seriously. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

At the beginning of February, I bought a pair of black jeans from the Mavi Black series at the Topkapı Mavi store, trusting the brand’s claim of “quality,” and paid a high price of 2000 TL. I regret buying it; it feels like I literally threw my money away. The process went as follows: When I wore the pants after the first wash, I noticed that the fabric behaved almost like a “magnet.” It quickly collected all the dust, lint, and hair around it, and no matter how much I cleaned it, it never seemed to stay clean. Moreover, noticeable pilling and clumping began to appear in certain areas. When I went to a Mavi store to ask about the situation, even the employees who saw the pants said that this was not normal and that there was clearly a problem. They suggested sending the product for inspection. Following their advice, I sent the pants for technical inspection through the Trump Towers store. However, just 2–3 days later, I received a message stating that “no defect was found in the product.” At that point, I was seriously disappointed. Considering how obvious the condition of the product is, I can’t help but question whether a proper and detailed inspection was actually carried out. I would like to clearly state that if I had bought a pair of pants from a local market for 200 TL, the fabric might have been better than this 2000 TL “Premium” series product. In the 1930s, people had to make clothes from flour sacks due to lack of resources; the experience I’m having now honestly makes me think that even the conditions of that era might have produced a better result than the Mavi Black series today. As a result, Mavi has lost my trust. I have not seen a brand that truly stands behind its product or genuinely cares about quality. I definitely did not get the value of the money I paid, and I am sharing this experience publicly so that others do not face the same disappointment. For me, Mavi has become a serious regret.
